Everyone is going to have different reactions to certain medications. I've bee on Cymbalta for over a year now. If I miss a dose just because I forget, my head gets kind of whacky, as if my head is airy and light, and I can't concentrate or think as well. I don't want to imagine what it'd be like for me to quit Cymbalta completely.
I was on Cymbalta for a while but I had sexual sideeffects so I switched directly to Wellbutrin XL.
It is BEST if you go directly from one drug to another...
BUT IF YOU INSIST ON STOPPING ALL MEDICATION: Going Cold Turkey is STUPID... You need to ween off of it...
That is the way to do it...
I had NO side effects at all because I switched from one drug to another...
