you are not alone. i am 44 and was into sex, drugs , rock and roll, andel dust, some coke, whiskey, gin, vodka and a fu@$@$ world. my finances collapsed and so did my life. i call someone from AA and got heavily into working with others. found new friends and PRESTO! here i am a new man. it's easier than you think. once you start living the clean life you love it and never want to go back. do what i do sometimes too. i'm not very religious but every so often i will go to church and afterward i will socialize with the nice people and eat up all of their free cake and coffee. just relax for a few hours, make small talk and pig out.

You could replace one lifestyle with another.

Among lifestyles, I consider Buddhism as the best.

It's basically a medicine to cure suffering, but this is done via a right lifestyle.

Dtop drinking and drugging and start a home based business

First you want to find a support system. Church is always good but some people do not believe and that is OK.
Joining alcoholics anonymous or narcotic anonymous will also give you support and help you get away from drugs and alcohol.
After that I would check into going to college or get into a job training program. there are grants to pay for college. I had a friend who was into drugs and vocational rehab helped him get some training once he was clean.

its really hard 2 change your life put if u really want 2 have a better life u will work for it. http://www.startyourinfomercialbiz.com/
go here try to give up drugs
stay away from men
get a job
that helps u alot it keeps u bessy
if u really want a better life work for it!!!
hope i helped

Maybe you need new friends to establish new habits. I would get some counseling, you might be suffering from low self esteem. At some point you have to grow out of the drugs and rock and roll, it will take effort on your part and help. You can have fun without drugs, In Fact, you will even remember the good times. I sure would not give up, some people are just late bloomers, you are very young and have your life ahead of you, Don't jump ship. Good Luck!

I spent over 20 years drinking and taking drugs, they nearly killed me on many, many occasions so I gave up. I did some voluntary work as an English teacher, found I liked it, went to college and am now at university studying to become a teacher of English to speakers of other languages. No matter how badly you've messed up in the past tomorrow's another chance to start over.
Stopping all that was the best thing I've ever done.

I was into all the drugs and parties and the bikie scene and wanted to get out and be a better person.

At the age of thirty-five I moved away from where I was living to start afresh. It is very hard to give up a life style while living in the same place. Still having all the same associates who mostly want you to keep doing what you and they are doing. To many temptations.

I emigrated to get as far away as possible. Yes you have to make a new life and new friends but isn't that the idea. As someone else said work gives you things to do and have you ever had any hobbies you could get back into or things you have always wanted to do. Search the local area where you move to and find clubs (not night clubs). Helping people is very rewarding. Try some volunteer work.

i had the same problem...that life style don't let you grow old and before you know it your clock is all screwed up. i pulled out of my band. and moved to S Wales. it took two years before i started to find out who i was and what i wanted out of 'what was left of my life'.....and boy!! am i glad i did it. but I'm a bloke. and there's lots of fishing here. suits me fine. even managed to give up drinking and smoking!! after a year of ((agony)).....you need some 'me' time.....well not me....er you ??? time....OH!! you know what i mean. get out of the area and go where you know no one. and no one knows you. find the real you again. I'm well over twenty years older than you. and i wish i had realised what a stupid pointless life style that was when i was 32.... be lucky....go for it girl.( i wish you all the best.)
