It helped me focus but kept me from sleeping because I did my homework late and would take it for that. Good stuff. I wasn't very fun being dependent of a drug to function, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'm on adderall now. It works much better.
It would seem getting rid of distraction and meditating is the true cure. I know this has worked for me.
Meditation is to let everything be as it is, starting with you.
i have adhd and im 22 it can make you violent and sometimes make you worse than what you actually are.on the other hand it can make you alot calmer.
