I havent been able to sleep lately PLEASE ANSWER?!


Question: everynight before I go to sleep its like i think about everything in the world there is to think of and it takes me atleast an hour or 2 to fall asleep once i lay in the bed

mosta the things ive been thinking of lately has been why my step mom and step sister and own father would be happy I got beat up in september ( i dont talk to them but i still find that completely unacceptable to be happy about that when supposedly they want me back over there and want me to have a good life )

the other thing thats bugging me is after i got beat up alot of my friends just forgot about it and made friends with the girl that did it , me being traumatized by being beat up dropped all those friends

and i think all that thinking is whats keeping me awake

what should i do to help this?

Cook, poor thing, you've been through a lot thing lately, no wonder you can't sleep. You need a big hug. First you need to understand that friends are not forever. I am not from this Country, and I've been gaining friends and loosen them every time, some are good and some are as bad as a big headache. I guess what is going on with you is that you are under a big stress and it is all over you and people can feel this bad energy, so that's why they are more likely to leave you alone because now your mind are not so welcoming to anyone, You need to learn how to deal with it. Believe me it won't be easy. It will be hard and you will need good people around you for that. Other thing that you really need to make at least fall sleep is doing what's please you, such as a good movie before bed time, or a good book, magazine, (I personally like the home deco magazine, because I can imagine being owner of something that I conquered myself and it pleases me a lot) or even a warm milk with cookies. Cook, I have not being able to sleep well for more than 7 years. I can count when I actually had a great night of sleep. But I always try. Sweet you need to find peace in your heart and a way to forgive who is bugging you. If you find a way to forgive that you will find a peace to get back to bed and sleep well. Acting stressful like this will only make you getting older, losing opportunities in life change of meeting great people and to be happy. Forget about the beat up part, it is past and we don't live in the past. Think ahead and use it was a weapon to make you stronger to grow up. I did get beat up in school also when I was 10 years old, my parents did not do anything to make me feel better, and my friends that I thought was my friends they all laughed at me. It hurt me a lot, I could not sleep and I thought my world was over, but here I am. I am making my life to success and I am meeting new people, and if I look to my past friends they did not do much with their life and it make me feel much better. About my parents not defending me, now I understand, they could not do much, they did not interfered in that fight because they knew that my friend would make me feel worse or it would be the reason for them to make more fun of me than ever. I forgave my parents. You know get a pet, any kind focus your love on it and then eventually the bad feeling you will go away. Also, I will pray for you tonight and you will sleep like an angel, believe me. (I am not religious, but I believe in God) Please Cook, no DRUGS, it won't help you sleep only make your small problem become even bigger. You don't want that for you...

you have alot on your mind and not relieving it. tell your father how you feel rgardless if it starts a fight thats more **** off your mind. as far as friends go, **** em. who cares you gain some you loose some obvously they werent tru friends so forget about it.

as far as your sleeping problem that should help if nto watch a lil tv or listen to a lil music if that doesnt work smoke a lil pot and youll fall fast asleep. :)

You need to go see a counselor. Counseling will help with your problem. Please seek help. Call the United Way if you cannot afford help. They can tell you where to go to get low cost or free services. Good luck.
