Is it possible that i have tourettes?!
Question: i'm just curious.
my brother always makes fun of me.
i'll have random outbursts of screaming or laughing, and sometimes i'll just start cursing at random people, or challenges that make me frustrated.
they just come out of nowhere.
is it just a hyper kind of thing?

your very bright and honest to approach this question. you sound like you do have tourettes. tourettes is often times associated with OCD also. i have OCD and i had less serious bouts with tourettes. one third of OCD sufferers have tourettes also. ssri medications are very good at greatly reducing your symptoms. luvox, an ssri drug eliminated my OCD symptoms by over 70%. wellbutrin and lamictal are also good medications to help with OCD or tourettes. keep down your stress levels because stress is a big aggravating factor for all disorders. i am writing a book due out this year on OCD and tourettes. i have read over 350 books on alcohol and drug addiction, psychological disorders and family counseling. i specialize in addictions and OCD/tourettes. you can email me if you would like to discuss more of your symptoms to me and i know that i can help you with a ton of info into your issues. bless you. john

you might, i have a mild form of tourettes and thats how it stsrted for me, see a doctor about it, that might give u an answer about it
