I think you need some serious organization. You need to break down all your work into smaller pieces so it seems more manageable to do. If you keep looking at ALL the work you have to do, it'll be overwhelming and you'll never get started. Figure out what assignments you have to do, when they're due.. and prioritize. Maybe do something that's a bit simpler or quicker first to start gaining some momentum. Try to work for a certain amount of time, and then reward yourself with a break - watch a tv show, listen to some music, get a cup of coffee.. etc. But then get back to work.

School can be very stressful and overwhelming, but you just need to learn how to manage your time. If it's really just too much work, ask your teacher for an extension. Some teachers are understanding if they realize that you're trying but are stressed. But if you do get an extension, don't procrastinate because they'll never do that for you again.

Once you get everything done, you'll feel a huge relief. Then maybe do something fun before all the work piles up again. Do something you enjoy so at least you can say that you had the opportunity to be relaxed for a bit. Then you'll be rejuvenated to work on the next set of assignments.

take care of your anxiety NOW! the school work will still be there once your anxiety is lowered to manageable levels. you can contact a therapists, or if you want to get started right away, look up the book "When Panic Attacks" by Dr. David Burns, deals with topics like this and his book you can start now and it's rated to sometimes work even better than meds or therapy!

Prioritize things, and just start working. Put in a hard weeks worth of work and catch up with everything.

It always seems that every class has a major project or test all close together. I hate that!

Take a deep breath and buckle down. Stressing won't help- it will only make your mind race, making it less effective.

okay. ive been here.
first thing to do.
(1) maybe go to a counsellor to take a few mins to talk to someone about stress. trust me. it helps.
(2) talk to teachers/ profs about getting extensions. sometimes your counsellor or doctor can write you a medical note.
(3) take care of yourself and eat right.
(4) start projects and assignments well in advance... it took me till 2nd year university to learn this.
GOOD LUCK. youre not alone it will pass i promise.

From one guy to another: Drink a beer and hit the joint with some SportsCenter before you go to bed at night. It does WONDERS!
