I know how you feel. I got my first job when I was 18 and I got promoted and then lost my job because I wasn't turning up- due to panic attacks, and a feelings that I was losing it somehow. I was suffering with tiredness and the doctor said it was common in women of my age (late teens early twenties). Other factors like stress, and the fact I've always been quite anxious and shy might have been to blame.
What I have learnt over the last 4 years is that no matter how bad it gets, no matter how convinced you are that you're dying or something, it never actually happens. Even when I think I'm going to lose control, even when I am shaking and my heart is pounding I carry on now. It can't do anything to you, and as soon as the adrenaline and tension is gone, miraculously you feel fine! You have to stick it out, otherwise like me you'll let everything go, end up getting worse, and going through all kinds of mental anguish before you figure out how to control it. Don't let your life go- you don't have to. No matter how bad that anxious feeling is, you don't have to act on it. It can't hurt you. Remember rational thoughts throughout the attack- nothing is happening, this is just adrenaline, all these thoughts and feelings are irrational.....

Just think about something that you like doing. Keep your mind on the good things in life.

try and keep your mind rational and think about the positive things. more to the point - what do you think the reason for these attacks is? Was there a particular moment or event that may have triggered them to start? Deep breathing and focusing your mind has helped me in the past.

It all depends on WHY you are getting anxiety attacks - if you could elaborate a little more I could give you some suggestions - I used to run anxienty management sessions for people suffering mental health problems .

EDIT: Ok, so I take it that your anxiety is stemming from too much stress rather than an underlying psychological issue. Being an outgoing person I bet that you find it rather hard to lean on people and share your anxieties - you keep it all inside.

Ok... the first thing you need to do is recognise what triggers your anxiety. Do you get up and immediatly feel that you cannot cope? or does the feeling sneak up on you during the day? Is it crowded spaces that make you have pulpitations?

With this kind of anxiety you need to break your thoughts and feelings down. Try making a note of everything that causes you stress and anxiety. Ok, so your selling your house, but WHAT about it is making you so anxious?

The though behind this is that you can organise your thoughts and feelings when they are written down. You can list them, break them down and look at them objectively rather than letting your mind exaggerate on them.

Hi--Learning how to relax may help you head off a panic attack. You can learn to relax through a variety of techniques, such as meditation, muscle relaxation, relaxed breathing and guided imagery (visualization).

Relaxation is more than getting away from the work-a-day grind, and it's more than the absence of stress. It's a specific, intentional action that's positive and satisfying
