I'm so depressed today I can't get over it what do you guys do to cheer !


Question: I am disabled so when i get like that i have to look at the "big picture" the fact that 90% of people who have anurisyms die and i am still here to raise my boys. THE BRIGHT SIDE,think of all your good things in your life opposed to the bad! i am sure the good outweighs the bad=D

Awww I'm so sorry! I have down days sometimes too. I find that listening to really happy music cheers me up. Here are some songs you might like:

Step outside and take a deep breath. Remind yourself that life itself is an amazing thing.
Think of all the small things that make you smile, and allow yourself to do just that.
Think of something that you thought was hilarious and allow yourself to laugh out loud.

You are smart to ask for help. If you find a good match his aura will cheer you up by just messaging him. Keep looking or just take a nap.

Listen to your favourite music and induldge in a little treat like sweets or something.

You should be good to yourself once in a while. :)

o ya i was watching this movie and this kid was going to be the manager of a pro baseball team, and all the players were bummed, and one player was like, idk, kids are pretty smart these days. I was down in venezuela and like all the kids were speaking spanish! lolz!!!
