A speedy solution? She's a heroin addict. Call the police.

Dr. James Jeah MD

id call the police babe.x

this is why u dont help ppl...esp druggies. why not go fidn another flat and leave the landlord to deal with it?

you have laerned a hard lesson , the best thing to do is when they are out change the locks or you could call the police to eject them as they are there without your permission

Get her and the no good out of your house.
The Police might be interested.
You can see a lawyer to get an eviction order.
Have a talk with the citizens advise bureau.

If they have drugs in your house you could be courting trouble.

Kick her druggy **** out. if you cant get someone who will (police)

There are two ways. The legal way in which case I suggest you contact the Citizens Advice Bureau and the not so legal way. That is where you get some blokes that will do you a favour to go around and throw them out. Provided they use reasonable force there will be no comeback as this is your property and there is no tenancy agreement but can be fraught with danger as the tenant may make up allegations against you.
However, as an addict, I think they will just move on to the next person they can take advantage of.

Call the police and have them removed. Then have all your locks changed and carry pepperspray. Good Luck! I hope you've learned your lesson on this one.

Congratulations to you for being a good samaritan.

However, you'd better call the police. You'll be doing her a favour - she needs to sort herself out. There's always hostels and she can claim for housing benefit.

ring the police

fill her needle up with a mix of heroin and cyanide

thatll get rid of her

Since you "invited" her in, you cannot legally evict her without serving her an eviction notice. Once that document is served, she must leave. If she doesn't, the police can then be called and they will remove her for you. Depending on where you live, this process can take up to 30 days.

Too bad that those with a kind heart get shafted in the end. DON'T DO IT AGAIN.

give them both a good slap, and chuck the out.druggies are a waste of space and a blight on this country.shoot them all.

Call the police, they will evict her, she has no rights over or on your property... report her to the police immediatly.

Don't allow her to emotionally blackmail you.

Drug users are called users because they USE people.
My guess is they are also bringing drugs into your home, maybe running up your phone bill, having dealers etc come round (and they will call if money is owed too). You could get into trouble with cops or criminals just having them there.

You need to find a way of getting them out.
Talking to the cops and asking them to come round would do it (ring in a domestic dispute) and then insist that you want them to leave. But make sure they aren't going to find any drugs, its your place. And make sure you clear anything small and valuable out of the way including bank statements etc that could be used in identity theft.
Once they've gone if any trouble then call the cops, if necessary get a solicitor and go to court to take out an injuction stopping them going near your place.

Other options include changing locks while they're out and calling the cops if they kick off when they come back. As for being homeless, there are hostels, councils (in UK) arrange emergency accomodation etc. Don't wait for her to go to rehab, that can take years.

Harden your heart, get assertive and get your life back.

you were trying to be kind but the people you let in your house have serious addiction and psychological disorders. and you are not trained in treating these complex conditions. i know you have a good heart that's for sure, but you have to stand firm ground. you can make up a story that your mom or dad is visiting and the house has to be cleaned by their visit time. start cleaning and stick with the story and tell them they have to leave right now. change the locks also. if you don't handle the situation properly they could get violent or rob you right before they leave. you have to watch your place 24 hours a day until they leave. but you have to ease them out carefully. even have someone call and pretend to be your mom. carefully is your only way and don't try to get this involved again with people who are not quite well.

her life is already ruined, and now she's trying to ruin yours. just go to the police and tell them what's been happening. i would be scared if i were you. they are both on drugs and have nothing to lose. be careful, please.
