How can i stay focus?!
Question: i have a test 2morrow but i can't read this study fro no longer than 10 secs my mind goes blank... I tried listening to my ipod no didn't work and i've tried writing the important facts on paper but i can't remember nothing when i'm writing.
any tips on staying focus?
i've been stressing out alot to about my mom does that affect my concentrating?

id say if u dont think about studying.
take away all distractions
but even saying that i know what you mean.

what about ur mom?
that might be something to do with it.
the more you stress about havein the study the more distracted you will get.
