Question: get yourself a punching bag :) beat the crap out of it it feels amazing
or designate a special area and go to the dollar store and get a bunch of plates or smoething and throw them at the wall but make sure u clean it up expecially if there are little ones around
sleep sometimes helps
talking it out helps too
in serious cases meds are needed

STRESS: See stress treatments, at ezy build, below on page 42.
