I really want to commit suicide......ive thought of many ways to do it?!

Question: hi,
ive thought of suicide for around 2-3 months. i dont know if im depressed or just fucked in the head. either way i want people to tell me the least painless way to do it. im 24, my parents are from india and i am a muslim. i was born in london, uk. i know my religion forbids suicide. i have two kids, both boys. my older son is 4 and the younger one is 1 half. i havent seen them for 2 months as i have a fucked up wife. i have marriage problems. ive lost
