My best friends daughter got her 3 kids taken away.?!
Question: she told her daughter underage , she was going to harm them ( wont say which way ) it got back to there father, whom she divorced & As tempoary till court dates, kids are taken way, why? now this mother in her 30s, has bipolar & adult add, Her kids has a disabilty to, & i knew them a long time, what do you think could happen? any chance she can earn her kids back? she does love the kids, by she lost it, shes on meds, Shes in the mental ward as im typing this, im very worried about her,

the judge may see her to be unfit to care for the kids because of her condition and the child, but she can always prove herself to be a good mother by getting help and showing the court she is making a effort. Alot of bipolar parents do end up hurting their kids and in many cases they kill them not knowing at the time. thats what may hurt her in the case, maybe she should consider whats best for the kids herself maybe they should stay at the fathers while she gets help
kathy is right.. maybe she could get supervised visitation.. maybe take them to her parents house on her weekends.. when she get out of the hospital.. if she is no meds..and her children are as well. sorry but maybe they are better off with the father
