How can I get over having a grudge?!

Question: I have a grudge against a doctor who was totally wrong and terrible and tried to tell me I'm crazy without even asking any diagnostic questions, except really stupid ones, well I won't go on about that but of course I did not go back. A year later he brought up something from the appointment in a public place! I was shocked but I wrote him a letter about it. That was a year ago and he has not bothered me since except I don't like the way he even looks at me sometimes. We live in a small town so we might be at the same event sometimes, but he knows I will make a formal complaint if he bothers me.... Anyway my problem is sometimes I spend quite a bit of time dwelling on how much I hate him, even a year after the last incident. I feel this is a waste of my thoughts and emotions, but I keep doing it anyway. I try to understand about forgiveness but I just don't think I will feel warm and fuzzy emotions towards this man, ever. How can I just get over grudging so it won't plague me anymore??

He may have been wrong in his diagnosis, or he may have right. Go to another doctor for a second opinion. If that doctor comes to the same conclusion, you can seek another medical professional for another diagnosis. It doesn't have to turn out that way of course. The second doctor may come up with a mood disorder, or a hormonal imbalance, or whatever. The key is to let go of those bad feelings over that first doctor. Live your life as you see fit -- it's your life, so don't dwell on the past, but live for the future! God bless, good luck to you in this now, as well as in the future!!!

should not have been unprofessional .
You can hold the grudge up in front of your self. like as a mirror.or put your self on the other side of the fence 'so to say'.
Be nice.have a happy day
