Obsessive Compulsion? Or another Tic?!

Question: I know I have a couple tics... I crack my fingers much more than usual, Atleast 15 times a day... I crack my neck and back alot. I also fiddle with my clothes and wiggle my nose. I know these are tics. But, very often... when I hear a song I like, I listen to it over and over again, not constantly... but say about 5 times in one day... for about a week. A tic or OCD?

Very interesting. I've never heard knuckle cracking called a tic or OCD. Do you crack out of nervousness or because of a physical need (like arthritis)?
I crack practically every joint in my body- even my chest if my anxiety is high enough (which isn't in and of itself the product of my anxiety... when my anxiety is THAT high, I have trouble breathing and have chest tightness... so I flex my shoulder's backwards and my chest will pop. But then it becomes inflamed and I have to keep popping it until I go to bed and the anxiety subsides).

I have Ehler's Danlos Disease though- hypermobility type most likely. So I'm double-jointed and have arthritis.

As for the song... it **could** be low grade OCD. But likely, it's just you like the osng, so you want to hear it more :)

A tic. That's not even close to OCD

dont sound like ocd. a minor tic. unless you are hiding more symptoms. even a tic is usually performed hundreds of times a day......
