Does white noise put anyone besides me in a comfomtorable state of mind?!
Question: You know, that comforting sound of a fan on a hot summer day or the sound of the wind while on a motorcycle. I need more of that. I think it puts me in my real comfort zone. I have just discovered that I have deprived myself of that comfort level in my body, for a very long time. I basically forgot who I was. Now that I remember who I was, I'm gonna try and get back to the old me.

yeah i know what u mean, my sister can't sleep without a fan on even in winter. there's a certain type of music that calms me and keeps my anger @ bay.
Yup, love the white noise or at least a soothing sound. I listen to an ocean sound most nights. I used to live by the water, so this is a very soothing sound for me.
Yep, it does that for a lot of people. You can get sound machines that play sounds like that to help you fall asleep. The sound of rain will do that to me.
It's nice to do things that make you feel relaxed and comfortable. It's probably necessary to stay sane.
