After some deep, slow breaths, sit down with a pen & paper & make a list of weekly tasks & work out a timetable to do them. Prioritise things in order of importance, you may need to cut some things out of your life or at least put some things off for a while. Make the routine attainable, balance things out & each day set aside atleast 1/2 an hour (twice daily is better) where you can sit down & relax, unwind, de-stress & re-energise in a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed. I suggest you get some relaxation CD's to help you learn how to relax. It is very important to have what's called 'me time' & you need to organise & plan your day so you do have that time to yourself. A good word to learn to say more often is 'No', don't feel obligated to take on more than you can handle. Eat healthy, get plenty of quality sleep regularly & some physical exercise will help relieve built up tension. Remember, it's about balance & 'me time'. Hope this helps.

try venting your anger,when someone or something releases your anger do something instead of letting it out. or you can take it all out on something like a dummy or something.

Exercise daily. Get plenty of rest and eat right.

Also, go for a walk from time to time and try meditation.

take a pencil and hold it between your teeth, dont bite down, though. hold it barely, just enough where it dosnt fall out. try it and it relaxes you

Try to think about whats REALLY upsetting you! I use to have the same problems but when I set down and analyzed the situation I realized i need to chill out and things could be SO much worse. Try it! You may find whats stressing you out is a problem you can easily fix!

The BEST antidote to stress is:
1. Exercise-getting the heart rate to actually work-to sweat.
2. Deep Breathing, where you are very aware of your in/out breath.
3. Meditation.
4. Visualization.
5. Journaling.
6. Positive music (Avalon) that makes you feel good.
7. Knowing that: "Everything is suffer-able as long as you know there is an end to it"
I forgot to mention that calling someone else whom needs help, has it worse than you, being of help to others, is a great way to become "right-sized". Someone ALWAYS has it worse in any given moment, than we feel right ....... now!

when sumthin like this happens to me then i just lock the door of my room and look at my self in the mirror. Then i say possitve stuff about myself about my progress(which is not much but just to keep a possitive thought and attitude) and smile in the end.

it has a very pshyological effect.Also during hardships you should not lose faith in your Lord.Be patient as patience acquires such a status like that of the head in our bodies.without patience we are losing the main theme of life and thats how well can you cope with the hardships of this world.nobody lives a perfectly happy lifr.so be strong and face these as challenges.Indeed you'll succeed and have a sense of accomplishment in the end, which is very satisfying
