What are non prescription drugs to fall into deep sleep? Serious question?!
Question: I am bipolar so during high periods I cannot sleep. Doctors keep giving me same drug that induse depression. Not much help from them. So may be there is something I can do, maybe there is over the counter drug for that. Or maybe natural substance.

There isn't any-some will help you sleep-but cannot not give you a deep quality sleep-
the antihistamine like in Nyquil tends to make people sleepy-it is sold in over the counter medicines like Nytol.
Melatonin helps some people-that is a natural substance-there is a ore expense natural cocktail I think it is called simplysleep-it combines a few natural sleep aids-i think thingslike melatonin and valerian root
advil..........
work great for me..
Nyquil works everytime.
Even more so is Benedryl
For many people, Dramamine.
