yes when i dont sleep well, im going nuts and i get real nervous of everything and anxiety

lmao one time i was doing an all nighter with my cousins, and at like 4 i started to go crazy. i felt like i was there, but not really, like everyone was kinda like a blur. but then i did another all nighter like a couple weeks ago, and that didnt happen, so i think it does make you go nuts, but i think it depends on what your day was like and how tired you are to start off with

Yes after the time of telephone pole sitting there were gimmicks using sleep deprivation for a disc jokey to get notoriety. Some did some self harm too. Usually personal worry keeps one from sleeping well and performance goes down fast. We all heard the latest gimmick . Drinking too much water killed a listener to the radio show in California.

well it makes u feel like your are nuts..its the worst feeling in the world...its like high anxiety...stuff starts like not making sense..you cant think...i remember i went without sleep for like 43 hours...and i remember saying that it was 14:00 in the moring..my mom was like what...lack of sleep is not a good thing
