I set limits on how much stress I'll even deal with, for starters. Nothing is that important, and everything can wait, if it has to. You may think there are exceptions, but there aren't - trust me.

Anything that takes my mind off stresses is a way to stress-bust. Stress is caused by living too much in all the stuff we have to do, and not doing things we want to do.

Managing stress better starts with taking care of yourself properly. Eat right, sleep enough, get some activity, have some people to talk to. Make sure you get some laughs. The key to beating stress is in not letting so much of it build.

Music, hobbies, friends,children's,pet at home,meditation,family,drinks,weekends,h... party, outing, smoking, etc.
These r the few options, it depends upon person to person.
I know few of them r not good for health.
Personally i opt for music, friends, movies,tv

i try to squeeze in a time to relax. i would usually make it a point to finish all my work on saturday afternoon then spil myself and have fun in the evening and on sunday.=)

I absolutely take a day for myself once awhile and just veg out, watch movies, eat food I like, go explore the neighbourhood, hang out with friends, play videogames. Or if I'm feeling particularly depressed and stressed out, I go to my spirituality for console. Meditation, encourage creativity (writing & drawing), music, etc...
