A question about sleep walkng. Question in details.?!

Question: Okay recently i have been sleep walking more than usal, in the past i've done it a few times, but this time its werid. Okay i've read that sleep walking is caused by stress and the other times i've done it, i was stressed, i wasnt getting enough sleep. But now I dont feel really stressed out just going though boy issues. Okay so what happened was that i put my phone on its charger before going to bed and that was across the room, the next morning i'm panicicking because i'm going to be late for school and i cant find my phone and i find in in my bed.ANd i'm freaking out because i know i put it on the charger. But then this happened again. My rooms a mess so i dont want to get hurt so i started sleeping with my phone charging next to me. But what would the reason for me to bring my phone to my bed? What are your thoughts on this. ( note i've always have had sleeping issues.)

Whether we know it or not, we have several dreams every night. We don't remember most of the dreams we have and there are mental states where we perform activities but are not aware of what we are doing, such as sleepwalking and under hypnosis. So, I have not idea why you tok your phone to bed with you, possibly to make a call.
To ease your mind, however, even in mental states where you are not aware of what you are doing, there are pasrts of your brain that do register what is going on. These parts make sure you do not do anything to harm yourself, place you in danger, or have you do anything that would be totally out of character, such as kill someone or jump off a bridge. For example, a person cannot be hypnotized to kill someone else if they would not normally do that; it only happens in the movies because in real life something would wake them up.
You may be sleep walking because of stress, but don't add stress by worrying about it. Calm down. We live through most situations that cause us stress. Try to make a plan that manages those situations. You may not "win", but you will feel better. We actually live through most stressful situations, but we make them worse by trying to avoid them. Face up to your fears! You will feel better about yourself and every time you do, you will get better at it. Remember that there will be another day. You are as good as anyone else. Some people think there are two kinds of people, people who are not afraid and people who are. Let me tell, everyone is afraid, but there are two kinds of people, those who face their fears and those who try to avoid them. Learn to live with your fears and learn to manage fearful situations. Every problem has some kind of solution, and you can find it. You're that good.

Simple. Clean your room, get organized and charge your phone in the kitchen.
Get more exercise to deal with the stress and start with better eating and sleeping routine. Good luck.

are you hoping or worried or waiting for someone to call??
sounds like it to mee.....

hey your normal, we all been there your under stress your be alright put a bell on your foot and wen you start to get up to walk , it will ring good -luck

Yes, sleepwalking can be caused by stress. But it doesn't have to be major life-changing stress...it can be small things too. Basically anything that is keeping your brain active. I've sleepwalked since I could climb out of bed alone...and I sure wasn't "stressed out" at age 3 :-)

Tidy up your room so you have a calm place to sleep. Try to get to bed at the same time each night to give yourself a clear sleep routine. And try not to worry about the sleep walking...it will settle down again.
