Please I really really really need your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!

Question: I have had the worst week ever. Since Sunday night I have nott had one good night of sleep. Every night I lay in bed for who knows how long. Then I finally go to bed. But then like an hour or else later I wake up. I then Can't go back to sleep for another half hour or so. To go to sleep and stay asleep I have tried everything. I also have a decrease in my appetite. And when I do eat I feel sick and nauseated. Starting about two days ago I started to get headaches and get angry of irritated easily.
Everything has had a major impact on my day to day. Everyday I'm tired. I can't concentrate well and at swimming I have no energy. At home and school I feel distant from my family and friends.
I am 14 years old and need your help on what to do. I have not told my parents. I feel scared and ashamed. My mother can tell somethings wrong but I say that everything is all right. I have tried to convince myself to tell them but I just can't.Sorry but there is no way that you can convince me.

Teens need at least 8 1/2 hours--and on average 9 1/4 hours--of sleep each night to function at their best. In addition, biological sleep patterns shift toward later times for both sleeping and waking during adolescence, so it is natural to not be able to fall asleep before 11:00 pm or later. Teens also tend to have irregular sleep patterns across the week
