HeLP Me PLeASe!......?!
Question: I am so stressed out about work! I have been getting into trouble for little things and I got a write up but the reason was so stupid that they just want me to quit. I know it and so does everyone else. I called in to work today to see if I can work because I really need money and the manager said he doesn't need me and that tommorow I won't be working either and that he needs to talk to me... what do I do? Do you think he'll fire me? They won't even give me a chance to improve. They only see the stupid little mistakes I do not that everyone else does. I am am dressed good and always have my work done. What can I do :( :( It's killing me. Talking to the manager is so embarrassing because he hired me because I mad such a good impression and he prolly regrets hiring me.........

been there done that... best thing is to go speak to your manager ASAP. Ask him what he wants from you and focus on improving those things. Bet you all they really want to see is that you really want to work there and that you really like your job. And tell them that. They do understand mistakes happen but just don
