This is extremely random and I am typing everything that comes to mind for you to alleviate your boredom.

1) Watch your favourite movie or television show online.

2) Download and listen to those feel-good songs that no one acknowledges singing to but secretly memorizing the lyrics while shouting off-key driving down the road.

e.g. Des'ree - Life, Cher - Believe, Bob Sinclair - World Hold On, Bryan Adams - Summer of '69.

3) Take a stroll through memory lane by promptly writing down any fond or bittersweet memory you can reminisce in a book or journal so you may one day peruse it and laugh or cry. I personally have cultivated this habit throughout my life.

4) Curl up with that novel you've always wanted to re-read but kept procrastinating.

5) Pick up the phone and dial a random friend to see how they're doing. If it's someone you've known for a long period of time, all the better to recall and discuss past memories together.

I hope it helped! =)

I stream my favorite TV shows, watch a whole season in a day. Check out the new Doctor Who over at Sidereel.com

Learn that alone is not necessarily lonely...have a tea party on your own (or with teddy bears, in which case it becomes a teddy bears' picnic!). While I can't say being home in bed is my favourite thing to do, I do like the way I can catch up on my sleep guilt free or have DVD marathons. At the moment I have the flew and have used the time to organise IPOD play-lists, email everyone on myspace, watch 4 seasons of Buffy, read trashy space operas and complete 2 cross words. And have Devonshire tea with my plush animal collection...all those scones and hot tea for me. The good thing about teddies is that you don't have to share with them!

This is probably going to sounds nuts but a few years back I had sprained my ankle really badly and so I was stuck in bed because it hurt to much to move around. I got bored just laying there, watching TV, reading etc. Then one day I happened to look over and notice my paint set sitting fairly close to the bed, so I painted a picture of my foot. I know it sounds nuts but it helped me take my mind off the pain for a little while and the painting turned out pretty cool too.
So basically my suggestion is find something you enjoy doing that you can do from bed. You could always write a short story about being stuck in bed. I've found my best inspirations come from my own life for both my artistic endeavors and writing. Good luck and hope you get to feeling better soon.

And if that doesn't work you could always try www.bored.com It's got a variety of activities that might help too.

So you are in bed and probablt watching Tv alot. That is one way to say unhappy and sad. I don't know if you can get someto get things for you like interesting helthy fruits and vegetables. and if you read read some enjoyable story that makes you feel good because of it is fun or funny

first of all i'll take that million in small bills, you are stuck in bed and bored do you have any puzzle books you can work on? then your mind will be at least be active till your body catches up,remember lots of liquids that will flush your system of whatever you got. turn on the radio or the tv background noise will disract you of just laying there feeling blah, you could always write your grandma a letter im sure she would love to hear from you.well i hope you feel better real soon

just browse yahoo answers. that's what i do when i am bored.

if your sick keep complaining to your parents! example:
MOM CAN YOU MAKE SOME CHICKEN SOUP (or whatever soup)
when she comes and gives it to you say OH NO NOT CHICKEN I MENT blah blah blah.
or do other stuff to annoy her! or just go here

good luck hope you feel better!
