there are many reasons for this. First tell tell me you dont keep many craps in your mind, multi thoughts in a minute. if you are so, such things can happen because your never fully asleep. So first thing purify your mind before you sleep.

If we talk about another level.. if can be even some spirits disturbing you. you can avoid this by personal prayers before sleep...

this may sound weird.. but i'm a moonie.. if u kno wat that is.. and i think u may be spiritually open.. where u r able to see spirits or hear them.. happens to a lot of ppl that i kno don't worry..sometimes i feel like someone's there too. it's kinda freaky sometimes

Could be spiritual.
But also do you fall asleep with the Tv on or something? Because when that happens its likely that when you wake up you carry the same exact things u heard into your sleep. I think its the stage before REM where you pick that up, so when you wake up you hear what was last heard. other than that I don't know.

Hypnogogic hallucinations -- may be a sign of a problem called narcolepsy. If you are having attacks of sleepiness, better see a doctor. Sleep paralysis is common- rarely. If it is happening all the time, you should see someone.

This is something a psychologist can help you with.
Do you ever notice during the day that there are minutes or hours that you are "missing"? You have no idea how you got somewhere? You don't remember spending your money. Or clothing in your closet appears and you don't remember buying it? Do you often lose your car in the parking lot? Do people accuse you of lying? Are there times when you don't recall doing your homework? Or times when you stare at the math book, and have no idea how what is on the page?

These questions may seem odd for me to ask, but your voices could be connected to such other symptoms - as a package deal.
There is a psychological condition called Dissociative Disorders. That means to pull away from, in simple terms.
The purpose is a naturally occurring response to intense fear and trauma or abuse. Some small children have the unusual ability to separate their mind from what is happening to their body. It's a means of self protection. Once a child has learned to do this, it becomes a coping skill carried through life. It's simply a different way of thought, a mind skill.
There is a wide spectrum to Dissociative Identity Disorder. On one end symptoms are random and fairly mild. At the other end it's called multiple personality. There is a proven cure, through some years of therapy with a well experienced Psychologist. Each "voice" is a different identity or personality within your mind. The way it works is that only one "voice" is "out" living your life at one time. That accounts for some of the "missing time" during your day. Each one has different skills, one may do math, another one English, and yet another took your piano lessons. Mostly your "core personality - the who of who you were born to be" is in charge. The "alter"-nate personalities each hold their own memories, and as yet, have not met your "core personality"
Complicated, yes. But is is simply how a portion of the population functions. Like I said, it is curable. Search out a Psychologist with experience working with DID clients. The trouble of therapy is WORTH IT.
