Why can't i remember anything anymore?!


Question: the past maybe 4 months or so, i have barely any memory of. like, somethign that happened a week ago, seems like it could've been a month ago. my perception of time is soooo off whyyy haha =[

It's been happening to me i lose everything, 6 college IDs, phones, you name it. My mom says I'm just stressed out, but then again she's not really a doctor, but it stands to reason. Maybe you just have too much on your mind, try yoga it works wonders.

that is weird i know it is but i guess it happens and if someone is nice enough they will tell you what had happen in those days that you forgot but if not then their not anyfriends of yours and all that time you might had thought they were their not

You need to consider other factors in your life. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you keeping healthy? Stress is a big factor in forgetfulness *trust me on that one* and can make you tired and unhealthy. You may have ADD, or Attention Deficit Disorder. People with ADD have so any thoughts and ideas running through their heads all the time, it can make it hard for them to slow down in their brains to take in information as it happens. Try improving your lifestyle, or if it is really a problems trying getting some professional help.

Have a look at your diet as what you eat helps your body process information, keeping your mind active continuosly by pushing it too its limit helps your mind comprehend information, so dont let it become lazy and dont be narrow minded in information you allow into it, just because you like one genre of books doesnt mean you just read that type, most people dont like a mixture of topics but its good for the mind if it is absorbed also gives you good basis to make a more informative reason why you dislike it. But its good for the mind to absorb all information. And eat more balanced variety (I did not say healthier as this can take foods out of your diet that you still need)
