I wanna wake up early!!! but i just can't! help!?!


Question: i always set my alarm clock before i go to sleep, and make a promise to wake up early in the morn. but then i tend to snooze the buzzer, and go back to sleep. i always get the late awards in school and not good!!! i want to be an early bird... advice? anyone?

Yeah, when this happened to me, I relocated my alarm clock to the other side of the room. It was harder for me to fall back asleep because I actually had to get out of bed to turn it off. It was in the same room, so it was plenty loud, too.

move your alarm clock into your bathroom, this way you have to get up and out of bed to turn off the alarm.

me too. the best thing you can do is think of something really good thats happening the next day so when you wake up in the morning you dont want to go back to sleep because you're so excited

try to sleep earlier and i know it might be hard at first but you will get use to it or set your clock an hour forward so you have and hour to sleep.

Ok guys.....this might sound a little crazy, but my dad taught me this and it workes for me. Just focus on what time you wanna get up at, and then tell that time to your pillow. Then, while you fall asleep remember the time. I always do this and i get up at the right time most of the time :P
