I can't ****ing sleep at nights! why is is?!

Question: I just can't figure out why I stay awake up until 5 O'clock in the morning? I lay down in bed so exhausted that I can't even move my finger but I can't sleep! I've tried anything! even things you would never believe! But I just can't sleep! But How could this be possible while I do tons of activities daily? I just don't get it?

your mind is too worked up and restless, it prevents you from falling asleep and from sleeping deeply or well when you do... good news is, this is very easy to fix and all you have to do is lay face up, concentrate on your breathing for a few minutes, breathing towards your chest and your feet going further every time, and then switching to raising and lowering your belly higher and lower every time, then try to sleep. This breathing exercise takes your mind off of its problems, relaxes it, and increases oxygen and nutrition flow throughout your body. You should sleep easily, have high quality sleep, and require much less time to fully rejuvenate (three minutes of active breathing saves you hours of time of required sleep).

Sex cures insomnia. :-)

Check out hypoglycemia on the web (low blood sugar). It can cause sleepless nights and up to 49% of Americans could be hypoglycemiacs per a government study.

I had the same sort of problem and here's some things I tried

1. Allowing 1 hour of doing next to nothing, you may want to try grounding or simple meditation
2. Making myself a hot non-caffeinated drink before bed
3. No caffeine after 6pm
4. Make your bed comfortable, fluff the pillows, flatten creases out of the matress cover, etc.
5 Try getting a matress enhancer, I got mine off BidTV very cheaply and it makes a ton of difference.

I think you must be worried about something. Do you have a personal issue? lol you don't have to answer that. The same thing is happening to me. I keep waking up at night even if I am tired, but in my case is because I have a lot of personal problems going on now in my life. You should go to see a doctor.

Have you already gone to the doctor? It sounds like you could have severe insomnia. It sucks not being able to sleep and it can take a real toll on your health if not dealt with so please go to the doctor. Maybe they prescribe some sleep medication.

I know how you feel, and make sure you are not eating before you go to bed and especially not sugar............baaaaad sugar! Also maybe not exercising before you got to bed, that will get you going so don't do that.

Are you drinking caffeine before bed or in the afternoon? Maybe cut back on that.
Don't watch tv in bed or your bedroom.
Get a health evaluation from your physician.

Well go through on what you drink and intake and if it don't work then go to the Doctor
