I can't ****ing sleep at nights! why is this? whta keeps me awake?!


Question: I just can't figure out why I stay awake, up until 5 O'clock in the morning? I lay down in bed so exhausted that I can't even move my finger but I just can't sleep! I've tried anything! even things you would never believe! I've tried counting sheep, stars, I've tried sleeping in an open roof room, I've even tried sleeping on a rock in wilderness! and .... I know it sounds crazy but what could I do? I've seen many docs many times but they just keep saying me that everything is fine! I don't drink things that got caffeine, in fact I am so afraid that I do not drink or eat anything that could make me stay awake! But yet I can't sleep! But How could this be possible? I do tons of activities daily! I just don't get it!

try valerian root extract, or a glass of hot milk before going to bed, and relaxing because stressing too much affects sleep. if all fails try watching some boring seminar on whatever makes you sleep at school

U might be stressing to mutch,try medatating before bed.

You may have a sleeping problem.. You should consult a doctor! Are you on a medication? Have you ate anything Sugary before bed?
But, ask a doctor! xo God bless

Ask your doctor for a referral for a sleep apenea test.

Try haveing a hot bath be for you go to bed and well you are in the bath tub relax.. try this for a bit or you can try what i do i listen to my music for a bit and then i go to be and it helps me !! But if you listen to music warning when you start getting ready for bed after listening to music you might sing the song in your head and you might get ocupide with singing the song and not fall asleep

Lack of sleep can be caused by a number of things. Stress,
depression, nightmares when you do sleep, and many physical illnesses. I for instance have Parkinson's Disease, and if I get four hours of sleep at night I consider myself lucky.
I even take antidepression medicine but that doesn't seem to
help. Do you sleep in a dark room, is the room too hot, cold,
or is the bed uncomfortable? I have a nasty habit of watching
late movies and that doesn't help! Do you study at night
over the daytime? Do you get out much and socialize?
Do you have many friends or not enough friends? I am throwing out these questions in hope that one clicks in your
mind.

Maybe due to lack of melatonin, a natural sleeping aid. Eat food rich in melatonin like rice, it may help. From http://nosleep.in

i had the same problem. stress can affect your sleep so try to relax take some yoga classes or a short vacation (dont take your cell phone it might be the problem).
