you sound like a child; are you? It is not up to you to diagnose your mother's problems. she should see a professional therapist if she is having personal problems.
You could be supportive of her. Have you thought of that. Instead of rushing to some judgment that she has problems. What happened? Was she strict with you and didn't allow you to do everything you wanted to do?
My mom was that way growing up.. I would tell her but she wouldnt listen to me.. She had a few nervous breakdowns... It really tore me and my sis up.. Good luck kiddo..
