Is this anxiety?!

Question: I have dealt with anxiety in the past. But it seems like things are really bad now. I am 27, have two little kids 15 months apart, started staying at home with them instead of working about 6 months ago, my mom has had a series of health problems lately (we are very close), I am a tad of a hypochondriac as well, and I am in school taking 3 hard classes.
Lately, I feel like a zombie, I feel like I am on the verge of a panic attack most of the day, I am dizzy, feels almost like I have a cloudy head, clench my teeth, feels like my skin is crawling. Could this be anxiety?
I try to do things to take my mind off of it, I try to stay positive, but I don't have the most positive mind frame. I'm better when we are not home, but I get nervous when we go out that I'll have a panic attack or something. HELP!!

Wow, you sound just like me! I also have a tendency to be anxious. Have you ever attempted to talk to a professional about your problems with anxiety? I was always reluctant to, but then when I finally did it helped me A LOT. Someone unrelated to your life situations really can help ease your mind and put things in perspective. To answer your question though: yes those definitely seem like reactions to being anxious. Good luck and don't be afraid to get some help!

It could be anxiety or just stress. You can talk to your Dr. and maybe try a Mother's day out program if it's available.

im not a psycholigist but i no some one with symptoms like yours and he is agoraphobic

ive also dealt with anxiety and yes it sounds like that is anxiety. is there anything in particular that you are scared of? or thinking that something bad is gonna happen? i think you should probably go to your general health care doctor and they can help you find a good psychologist.

probadly youre feeling some anxiety and youre having panic attacks because youre facing a lot of stress now....I will go back to my doctor and get some mild prescribe meds and orientation help.....

i have really bad anxiety. and based on what you said, you probobly do too. See a doctor, if they dont give you meds, they will tell you how you can feel better.
sometimes anxiety comes from other things like stress, or having your period etc.

hope i helped

[[sorry about your mother]]

It could be a physical thing and what you eat has a lot do do with how you feel as well as getting enough sleep. some people don't believe its food but it sure has changed how I feel. Coffee a problem? have less. Perhaps a muliple vitamin and mineral tablets each day and i know one thing that helps its called fish oils with Artic Cod Liver Oil wich helps depression.
