Question: I pondered this premise after someone i know who i have never seen without a drink in their hand made a comment about "mentally unwell people" ( not the actual words spoken ).
I guess your not "mentally unwell" if you are able to self medicate.

There ARE well adjusted mentally healthy people in this world. They must of won the BIG lottery in Heaven.
The diagnosed and undiagnosed are the poor SOBs like me who get by the best they can.
The self medicators are truly simply masking the symptoms of their problem... Its Russian Roulette because some of the combos they use can work one time and be lethal next because no one is overseeing the "treatment plan". They are making witches brews looking for a temporary cure.
Best bet is to let the professional witch doctors concoct a brew. Regulation is good. Support your local witch doctor (aka shrink).
