Nope, have to admit that it's not something I have experienced myself, though I can well believe that it crops up now and again in those suffering from psychosis. Religious fixations are quite common when it comes to delusions and hallucinations... though "alien" related ones have been cropping up more frequently in the past few decades.

I have experienced this phenomina. It is very strange feeling. I think mine was caused due to an imbalance of brain chemicals resulting in anxiety and depression. Haven't had it for a long time, though.
