Answers: Read the book "Failing Forward" by John Maxwell. It will give you a new perspective on mistakes, and a new way of looking at yourself.

Realise that everybody does stupid stuff and chances are you can't do anything stupider than what someone else has already done. Try embracing the art of humour. It makes the world happy and less stressful to everybody.

just dont feel stupid
laugh it off; make fun of yourself
i do stupid stuff all the time, and i feel stupid secretly, but i laugh it off and no one cares, they laugh along with you
act like you dont care, and no one else will

i always make stupid mistakes and i keep thinking about it and how other people are thinking about it and think i'm weird but really no one waas paying attention to me when i made it i always feel like everyones watching me.
you just have to tell yourself everyone makes mistakes and if people make fun of you for that or make you feel stupid then they are just stupid casue everyone makes mistakes. and the more mistakes the more you learn. so if they try to not make mistakes they are hurting themselfs and not learning like you are :}

well. is that stupid mistake really killing your social life right now? or is that mistake making things difficult for you to do?
is someone mad at you because of this mistake?

if there are some things that you can't change and doesn't affect you, is it worth remembering and worth stressing over? what's better is to focus on what's happening right now rather than before...

if you CAN change something, then just do it.. like, if someone is mad at you, apologize.. if you broke something, replace it... although it takes mad courage to face problems, you will feel a lot better...

if you made a mistake to a person but you'll never ever ever see that person again, why bother remembering?

turn that mistake into a funny story and tell everyone... it'll then become a joke and not a mistake... what's more important is you learn from it and move on..

everyone must have done something to regret. but the key to a bright future is knowing whether it is worth going back or just forget about it...then you'll have energy to focus on the future and have fun...
