I have no friends and no one to talk to help!!!!!!!!!!?!


Question: I dont know whats happening with me but latley i feel distant from everyone and i dont have friends anymore and like no one to talk to liek really talk and im having a lot of suicidal thoughts and plans to kill ppl (family mostly) but im too shy to talk what do i do?????

Let me guess... You're in high school?

Don't take that as an insult, it just seems normal to have some of those feelings as a teenager.

You need to talk to someone, and get active in something you're good at.

Art? Music? Drama? Sports? Anyway you can express yourself is a great way to shift your energy. I know you probobly have some sort of special talent. Explore it.

You'll make more friends. Or maybe you should just talk to somebody you've fallen distant from. I bet they love you and just didn't know what to do when you started acting different. If you're straight up with what you need (help, somebody to vent to, or just to get out of the house) I know somebody will give you an ear.

The suicidal/plans to kill people stuff is reason enough to seek some sort of counseling or to see a psychologist to determine if you might have depression or bi-polar disorder. Sometimes the chemicals in our brains get imbalanced and cause us to think and act differently than we normally would. I'm not saying that pills are always the answer- therapy is usually the first option, or at least seeing a therapist to figure out if you need to be prescribed something- but a drug may help.

I know life can get so frustrating, but hang on and do the best that you can to deal with your thoughts rationally.

listen to heavy metal and take all your anger out with that

Get into a sport, such as soccer,baseball,basketball,volley ball, Boxing or Martial arts (That way you can spar and beat people up)
It will release alot of bottled emotions and help you make alot more friends.
Also
try to find somthing that you like to do, like photography, creating stuff, or playing video games or somthing.
and do that when you feel bad.
also breath, its the best countermeasure to fight depression.

help ur self out by talking to someone who u really trust, n it can be ur parents bcoz then they can help you deal with this situation. please killing is not always the best solution. be strong...seriously think what're saying. let it out by expressing ur inside feelings. don't keep inside u. help ur self by standing up for urself

Make yourself more open to conversation. If it is fear of killing, you need to embrace something beautiful and realize the complexity of its creation. People were made to talk. If we don't, then we fight our original purpose. If you are shy, you need to talk more. I used to be shy, but I learned to open up. I got more friends the more I talked with people. Accept complements, and reject hateful comments. People say stupid crap to people because they don't know them, so they make assumptions to make themselves look better.

i know how you feel sometimes i felt like that too, my husband is deployed and im all alone,but there is always someone to talk to your never alone even though it seems like it. and i know you probably feel like no matter who you talk to they will never truely know what your feeling, thats how it is with me.

loook go n meet frendz join a club or gym so u can meet ppl there go 2 a chatline were u meet frendz.find a job so u meet ppl there

the only difference between this and the real world is in the real world its not socially acceptable to parade around in masks

start training for a marathon. then run one. you'll meet interesting people there, which can become your training buddies, and possibly, friends. don't sit there chewing on your misery, get out and run until your lungs feel like they're on fire!!! I know a person who recovered from losing the only one she loved by doing exactly that!

you may be shy but you need to call 911 and get yourself some help before you hurt anyone or your self. please do it for the ones that you do love. even if it is the family pet. get HELP now. make that call it is the first step to getting help.

well you should talk to your mom . i wish i had my mother to talk to i feel the same but god is with me. you have a choice to talk to your mother our a close school teacher.
