Does anyone else with anxiety have this issue?!

Question: Whenever I'm full my anxiety seems to get a lot worse. It doesn't go away until I make myself throw up. (and no, I'm not bulimic)

If you have a similar problem can you tell me what anxiety disorder you were diagnosed with IF you were diagnosed.

Yes I do get that. I am also trying to break that habit,, that is what it seems to have become. Sometimes taking one of anti anxiety drugs before it happens helps. Mine seem to come about the same time every day. Dr's always say the same sh-t quit drinking, quit smoking , curl up in a ball in the corner over there. I feel for you , wish I had a better answer for you.

I actually get dizzy and feel like im going to pass out when I have my anxiety attacks. But the throwing up thing is not good either. You definantly have something going on, is your anxiety related to your eating. Are you overweight and pissed off. First determine whats going on and that may help you link the 2. Good Luck.

You might be getting hyperglycemic. This is just a theory but if your blood sugar gets too high you can feel pretty crappy, which might make your anxiety even worse. Try not eating so much when you do eat, especially if you are eating a lot of carbs. This site has more info. You also might want to get your blood sugar tested at your doctor's office, because if eating is correlated with feeling rotten, you could have blood sugar issues.
