Don't be so concerned about time, just about how you are spending it. Your wasting it by worrying about it. The more you think about thinking about it, the worse it's going to get.

Go live life instead of thinking about it.

Go on a very long vacation.

You could be Bipolar. That's how it sounded out for me, but I would go talk to a Physiatrist. They can really help you out and see if it is anxiety or something else.

You know, I am feeling the same way too. I'm in my 20 but the only funeral I have ever gone to was when I was 5yrs old. I wonder if you have ever been to a funeral. Anyways every time threes a funeral, everyone stops me from going I don't understand why, but I have realized that's the reason why I feel so afraid of death. But I have tried to understand it because, it feels horrible. See my grandparents are very very sick, and I love them so much that if they had to go, I wouldn't know how to handle it. But I do know that they suffer very much from all the paid and they want to go, so that they can stop suffering, so I'm trying to learn to accept that. I haven't got there yet.

But any-way, the thing is that no one is ever ready to see a loved one die, it feel unbearable. The only way you can cope with it,is by learning and accepting it. It's not anxiety, it's just that you have just realized that there's more to death than you knew before. The only way you can get rid of it is by learning about God and realizing that he hears all of us, and that he has a plan for us in this earth, and he knows that it hurts us, but that's the only way we learn to appreciate one another.
