I have a Food addiction....Help?!


Question: Ok im 14 and in 8th grade. Ok I am gaining a lot of weight and I need to control my food habits. The after school activities that I have are Baskatball on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and thats about it. What are some activities that I can do to stay away from my kitchen because its winter and I cant do much outside. What are some active things that I can do?

My weakness is chocolate and sodas. So, anything that has a lot of sugar in it, avoid. Do you watch the 'Biggest Loser' on TV? They give some good hints on what you should avoid too. Salts too. Don't over salt your food. Try to do some physical activites if you can't exercise. Shoveling snow is a great way of keeping in shape, so long as you don't hurt yourself.

Stay away from sugar, sodas with sugar, high carbohydrates, such as potatoes, corn, green peas.
Drink lots of water.
Get on your computer and answer questions on Y/A.
Try to put yourself on a low fat, low carbohydrate, and high protein diet. Try a 1800 calorie diet for a month.
You could start a new hobby, such as art, pottery or ceramics.

go 2 the gym. it will make you buff and its good cardio.
