How can I get my sleeping schedule back on track?!
Question: The other day I had took a nap because I was bored, but ever since then my sleeping habits have been out of whack... Now I sleep all day but stay up all night. Yesterday I fell asleep like around 1 or 2 pm and woke up at 12 this morning... I havent been back to sleep since... But now im starting to feel tired... I dont want to go to sleep because I want to get my sleep pattern back the way it supposed to be, and if i go to sleep now Im going to be up all night again...how can I get my sleeping back on track?

Say awake untill you can sleep for 9-10 hours and be on track! Caffiene will help you stay awake!
weLL im the same way. drink caffeine at around 10 or whatnot and im sure you wiLL be sLeeping by midnight. :]
