im not right now but i really really need some :( i cant stop worrying.
I have taken Lexapro for 1.5 years now and it has helped me immensely. I did gain 25 pounds (but all meds that mess with your brain chemistry will affect your weight). It took almost 2 years for me to be diagnosed with anxiety - the Lexapro made a world of difference. I am now weaning off of it (slowly) to a 1/2 pill - hopefully I will feel just as good as with a whole one. Good luck.

Lexapro. I actually notice more when I don't take it, and that's not good. So I always take it!
I take Valium, 10mg 3 x daily. This is pretty much what I've taken for the past 25 years. Ahh, what about tolerance?? My psychiatrist and I now combine Soma with the Valium. This somehow brings the Valium back up to full effectiveness. There's no tolerance factor with Soma, a muscle relaxant.
I take klonopin, .5mg 3x daily. It also helps with my OCD. It works, but I think I need something more - I still have problems at work although I take a pill before and during work hours.
