What do you take from these actions regarding a women dealing with her daughters father and his wife. This women was the "other women" and had a child and behaves this way:
1.has came to the apt, broke out the fire extinguisher, went outside and started smashing out this mans car windows
2.then goes to the front, throws a bolder through the kitchen window and breaks glass everywhere (with children inside the home)
3.Sliced his wifes car tires 2 or 3 times
4.attacked his wife when she was 8 months pregnant
5.Calls the phone when sh egets drunk over & over & over for hours at a time
6.has came outside as they attempted to pick up the child and tried to fight his wife and then flashes her boobs and butt to them and her whole neighborhood (lanlord living next door)
7.shes 25 has 2 kids, no car (doesnt even attempot to get a car) just walks with her children EVERYWHERE even at 0 below
8.breaks beer bottles next to her baby out of anger

even if you do not know her and posisibly know that wife or the guy ASK THEM WHAT HER ADDRESS IS.

this women is psycho i would get a restraining order soon before someone gets seriously hurt or even killed. someone needs to protect those kids too. you see stuff on the news everyday where a parent snapped and the kids got killed
Sociopath and probably one or more other personality disorders.
Get a restraining order, press charges, and get the kid removed from her "care."
I don't know if immaturity can be considered a mental illness but I know for a fact she has anger management problems. One would need to k now a little bit more about the person to figure out if a disorder is present but I would say yes to anger and a little obsessive compulsive traits with a hint of loss of reality, with a side of a mother that needs help.
