Like Suhail said, you are-at the very least-sleep deprived. This will cause anxiety, panic, hallucinations, and even paranoia. Caffeine will only make your problems worse, so try to avoid the caffeine, get at least 6 hrs of sleep per day, and eat a healthy diet. I know that's a lot harder than it sounds.
When I was in a similar situation, and a Dr. told me "Just take the next two weeks and be good to yourself." It sounded great. Then the reality set in. Being good to yourself is hard as hell! It's hard work! It's a lot easier to neglect yourself!
You may have an underlying problem that may require seeking professional help.I would try to get some structure in your life first-with the goal of creating a healthy balance of mind, body, and spirit. I wish you the best.

Its time to take more sleep.

Could you be having panic attacks or anxiety issues? It sounds like that may be it to me. I would contact a doctor and explain to them what has been going on ~ they can point you into the right direction. Also, alot of caffeine can cause PA's.

It's either just a very vivid dream you're having as you dose off, or a lucid dream. Though I doubt it's lucid because..you wouldn't want to have a dream about getting punched or failing exams.
My suggestion is get more sleep, then you'll probably stop having these problems. If you can't do that, sleep on your side or something, this will most likely keep you from having such dreams.. Of course you may have a completely different problem, I dunno. Hope this helps.

Lack of SLEEP! The mind needs at least 8 hours of sleep to function right if not the mind plays tricks on you. And COFFEE man your not helping yourself there coffee is an upper which means it keeps you up (I guess you knew that already) Cut back on the coffee and try to sleep more then 2 hrs a day. Hope I helped
