Bringing personal stress into work?!

Question: I have ALOT going on outside of work....not in a good way. Family and relationship problems...I am talking PROBLEMS! I feel like it is starting to effect my job performance in the office. I have been absent mindedly overlooking small setails I was once good at catching.

My boss has hinted at a possible promotion soon (in the next 6 months) but I am afraid it is going to slip away if things keep going like this!

How can I stay focused and alert at work and not let all of this stuff make my brain fry, lol. thanks!

its alot easier said than done to leave your problems at the door... BUT youve got to focus on one thing at a time only!
when you get into work make it your priorty to simplify your biggest problem and put it in the lightest form possible an try to dissolve it. give it ten mins an say strong and firm to yourself that its out of your head for the day. you need to look after you and make that promotion number one on your list... you deserve it!

when you leave your home before work and shut your front door your personal problems are behind that door till you get home after work.............everyday
