your welcome to email me i've been though alot and you might find i can help you some.
talking helps everyone. you need to find how you best talk.
face to face isnt your thing, ok dont talk face to face.
some people write to others, hand write. do that to someone.
or email, like i said please email me i want to help.
i know a councler who dose phone talks.
PLEASE get help. try emailing me or someone and maybe it'll help. you dont need to tlak face to face to get better

You need to find out why you are feeling like this. You cant stop having these ideas unless you know why. Depression can be a very scary thing and sometimes you cant fight it alone. But if you have to you need to find a nice calm place to let yourself relax. Can you get away anywhere? Maybe you need some alone time. But if you feel even more depressed, just try talking to someone. I know you said you didnt want to, but sometime stalking helps more then you can imagine.

Pick up something to let your feelings show.
Draw darkness, and bright flames on paper. This can be your depressive thoughts. When the feeling of suicide comes again, take the papers and crumble them up. Toss them around a while until some anger and sadness goes away.

I would hate to see you end up harming yourself. You are worth more then you think and you count for everything.

There's very little to no chance you can get through this on your own, you should get help. Look up in the phone book suicide or depression hotlines, check online if you can't find one. Also if talking isn't your thing, try emailing the Samaritans: http://www.samaritans.org/
It's a foreign organization but in my darkest hour emailing helped a lot, it may take a day or two to get an email back, but you can email them anything and will get a caring response.

You are in luck. I'm no idiot. I have been working in the mental health field for a long time. I have worked with people who have your symptoms. I don't know the whole story. It does sound like there is a chemical imbalance. I strongly encourage you to talk to a doctor. A counselor could help you sort through some of the things that are overwhelming you. Focus on things that bring good feelings. Listen to great music. Eat fun foods. Help other people and remember thta suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
If you want to take a depression inventory, go to psychcentral.com. Take the results to your physician. You do not have to be miserable forever.

No, I don't think so.

Let me ask you if you are currently taking any anxiety or antidepressant medication? If you are, go to the hospital or doctor's office immediately!!! If you are involved closely with a religious organization maybe you can find help there. BUT if you are having these feelings you really need to talk to someone that has an outside view of your life and that could be a therapist, doctor, school counselor/ counseling office at college, etc. The main thing is you need to talk face to face with someone. You could (possibly) have a chemical imbalance of dopamine or serotonin levels and may need to take a medication such as Paxil, Effexor, or Zoloft.

Let me tell you that I am a psychology major and I was suffering from depression. It was slightly embarrassing to go into my doctors office and tell him what was going on (It is a small town and everyone knows that I am a psychology major). They can't tell anyone that you are taking medication for depression (or even seeing you for therapy) It is better for you to realize that you have a problem and need help (and go get help) than it is not to get help. At any rate you can at least go see your family physician. I hope you get the help you need.
