Funeral Songs?!

Question: Somebody I once knew hung herself, and I found out only today. I didn't know her really well, but she was only thirteen and didn't deserve this. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could find a song - not necessarily a "funeral song", just something with good lyrics about anything like this, preferably alternative metal, alternative rock, post-grunge, something that like. I'm just running out of ways to cope with her death. Thanks.

10 years today by bullet for my valentine is really the only song I know that fits this description, hope that helped at all and I'm sorry about your friend she was so young.

I know this isnt metal or anything like that but I really like the song When I get where I'm going by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton. Its a really good song, I hope it helps, sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry about what happened. I know the perfect song. It has a rockish vibe to it. I really love this song! I hope it helps!

Avril Lavigne - Slipped Away!

Please listen to it, i know the name "Avril Lavigne" might scare you off but its a really really good song. ?

It helped me cope with my cousins death.

A friend of mine died in a rock climbing accident and they played I can Only Imagine by Mercy Me at her funeral. It's not a funeral song but it's really awesome and helped me get through the couple weeks afterwards. Sometimes I would turn it up and just sing my heart out to it.

"Close My eyes Forever" Ozzy Osbourne and Lita Ford
"Sterb Nicht Vor Mir" Til Lindemann(Rammstein) and Charlene Spiteri(Texas)

A few older ones are
"Who want to live for ever?" (Queen)
"Candle in the Wind" Elton John
"American Pie" Don McClean
