Who else feels overwhelmed? Why?!
Question: I feel so overwhelmed with life. I suffer from depression and PTSD and I'm on medication for the depression one side affect is anxiety which I anm trying to control. Right now my hands are shaking and I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the things I have to do for other people. One of which I feel that I will not be doing. For valentines day my man wants to make dinner and he told me to make dessert...now he wants me to go get the stuff for him. This is supposed to be his responsibility not mine, I went out and got groceries and the stuff I needed. He is supposed to make dinner tonight and guess who's making it...me and I have to go back to the store again for more stuff for the dinner...yet again his reposibility. He is so excited to get home and play video games when there is so much to be done. The drain is clogged I told him to fix it a week ago, so guess who is going to fix it...me! Guess who will check the fire detectors for the inspection next week...me. I'm also the one that takes care of the bills so it's a burden finacially for me every month till he gives me a check. I'm so tired...just thinking of it all makes me so tired and I know it's probably the depression seeping in. Also it's my brother's birthday I need to get him a present and travel 2 hours to his school. Thanks I feel a bit better.

i don't as much as i used too...i try not to ponder on it...it can make you ill....take a break...visit with some one...then go back and attack the issue with a new attitude...good luck
I have to get my History class grade up to an "A" from a "B" and I have about 6 projects due next week!!!!
