Weird dream about man outside - now im scare to go in the kitchen at night.?!
Question: in november i had a weird dream that i was in my kitchen at night just to get a glass of water, when i looked out of the window and a man was just standing there watching me he didnt move when i screamed , and the dream ended. now every night when i go downstairs i look out at the window scared. even if it is only 8pm when im in the kitchen i will be scared and keep looking out the window, thinking he is there watching me.
what does this dream mean and why am i still scared.
ps - i am ocd. and have depression if this helps.

there is nothing to be afraid of,this happens all the time,this can be js simply a dream,if u have had this dream a few times, it might be related to a experance u had as a child, or some one u are afraid of,i have a dream all the time ,its weird but i n wat it is abou its abou ma friend u died ,its seems scary but its someting i have exoericaned ,it might have been js a normall dream,or somrthing dat happened during ur life,dont be afraid,js get on with it ,
be brave,
and tonite,go down satirs and get that glass of water ,with no need to look out the window,be comfident
carry a gun with ya next time and shoot the bastar*
you could be paranoid with something and you scared of something in the future
