Are you more afraid of death?!

Question: or are you more afraid of living?
THIS IS A POLL -- NOT A depression question -- I'm fine.
AND
Why do you feel this way -- geez, especially in the great USA where the world is so perfect for us -- LOL

i'm more afraid of living. living is hard!
i read a book called embraced by the light by a woman who had a near death experience and it completely removed any fear of death for me. it was weird.

I'm more afraid of death since nobody knows excatly what happens after you die.

Im more afriad of death.

I am not afraid of dying but I am afraid of suffering. I have several serious medical problems & it concerns me after watching my parents suffer so before they died.

I am not afraid of death (well, maybe a tiny bit-because it is an unknown experience). The country I live in has nothing to do with it, but my spiritual belief has everything to do with the way I feel. I know that the death of the physical body is the rebirth of the spirit back into my true life on the other side.

Living. I go to job interviews, hand in resumes and try to sell myself but never get anywhere. I have to work to make enough money to live on my own and afford the neccessities of everyday life. I don't work and I live with my parents in the middle of nowhere (I want to move to the city). To move I need money and to have money I need a job. Although I get money from the government (CentreLink).

The other day I was thinking if I suddenly died I wouldn't have to. I know it's wrong and I probably won't do anything like suicide, but it's just so hard to live sometimes.

I fear life more.

But I think it's healthy to fear death. It motivates us to get the most out of our life. I hope one day to fear death more than life so I can kick more *** before I die.

I think that in America, our competitive society with all our privelages and the value we place on them, it's easy to lose touch with the ontological value of our lives and view ourselves as a sort of human commodity rather than a being. This perverted self-concept is peddled by our corporate society (are you good enough? skinny enough? rich enough?..etc.) which can confuse our real desires with the desires of others and cause us to forget or even deny what we truly fear--not fullfilling our own desires.

no i am not afraid of death
