Crying spells can be a symptom of depression. You should keep track of when this occurs.. Keep a journal of your moods throughout the day and try to identify what may trigger the crying - a certain thought, person, feeling, etc.. That could be helpful to figuring out whats going on. Has anything happened lately? Any big changes coming up in your life?

You may be having hormone difficulty or some type of depression. I would go to the doctor and have a check up.

good for u!

Why is your room extremely clean? Are you not allowed to mess it up?

If you are at school I am presuming you are only young, and a lot of crazy things happen to our bodies while we are developing both mentally and physically. It could be hormones or if it is associated with a very empty, sad feeling it could be depression. You need to see a professional to help identify your specific problem.

I would guess that there's an organic reason for this, rather than a psychological one, because it consistently occurs when you lie down at the end of the day.

Do you lie properly when in bed? Ideally you should have one shallow pillow and lie on your back, with your shoulders slightly on the pillow. If you're uncomfortable like that, try with a shallow pillow under your knees also. After a few nights you should get used to it.

Is your room healthy? Pollutants such as aerosols, stale air, and electric devices can have adverse affects.

Are you a teenager? You should see from this link that what you're experiencing might be transient

An easy way to improve your chances of good health is to have a good diet, and exercise.

I hope you feel better soon.
