How to not have emotions?!

No dont ever try to repress your emotions... it has an adverse effect... if you will tend to hide what you really feel... it will drive you crazy... what do you need to do is face it... and fight for it then move on...

You know pain is part of our life... all you have to do is take it positively... that there is a purpose to feel pain... you can even be stronger if you will face it... and learn from it... just like when you have mistakes we do learn from our mistakes right??? so pain has been given to you to test how a strong individual you are...

Face your emotions... if you wanna cry... cry out loud... that will make you a healthy individual... no pressures inside... if you wanna laugh... laugh... just be yourself... and as long as you are not hurting other people... its good isnt it??? if you feel something bad with the other person talk to him and be honest whatever his reaction is at least you have done your part to make him realize over something... so its also vice versa... with our emotions we can learn a lot of things...

There are a lot of ways not to feel pain... everyone has their own defense mechanisms... like when you feel bad... you can go around meet your friends and talk to them... in that way they can help you to ease the pain as long as you outburst what you feel... or you can indulge yourself in some sports... therefore you cant stop the pain not unless you will do something such as DEFENSE MECHANISM...

no, you're always going to feel somehting, whether its hate, love, sadness, happy, depressed always something. but you can give a shot at keeping your mind off of it for awhile by doing something that represents a different emotion

no, but try to forgive yourself or whoever is bugging you

pain, no unless you're a leper. emotions, no unless you're a psychopath.

be alone. lock yourself in a dark room for 3 days with no light, food, water, socialization. the only thing you have is yourself. soon you will realize that in this world thats all you will ever have. yourself.

By getting yourself to a doctor, getting therapy and/or medication, and working to pull yourself out of this depression.
